How to find St. Barnabas ...

Our Location...

Where we are....

We are located in Northern Allegheny County in the Allegheny River Valley.  This valley was primarily an industrial area but is turning towards technology and service as its focus today.

Allegheny Ludlum Steel is a major employer of many area residents but the local hospitals and schools are close behind.

This area is comprised of many small boroughs, townships and cities and has a population of approximately 53,000.  Close by in Upper Westmoreland County are cities and schools that also add parishioners.  These are New Kensington, Lower Burrell, Arnold, Upper Burrell, and Plum to name a few.  That area population is over 100,000.

We are situated approximately 22 miles from downtown Pittsburgh just off Exit 14 of Rt. 28.

Take Exit 14 bearing right on the off ramp.

Go to traffic light, turn left onto 10th Ave which becomes Freeport Rd.

Church is situated at the corner of Freeport Road and Morgan St. at a traffic signal.

Park anywhere on the street, limited parking is available at the side of the church.
